The University of Colorado Law Review has been the flagship academic journal at the University of Colorado School of Law since 1929. The Law Review is a general-interest journal of legal scholarship managed and edited by students and published four times per year. Recently, the Law Review has published articles on an array of topics, including constitutional law, data privacy law, bankruptcy law, immigration law, labor law, and criminal justice reform. In addition, the Law Review annually dedicates one issue to natural resources scholarship on topics from wildlife conservation to environmental justice to energy regulation.

Natural Resources Issue
The University of Colorado Law Review dedicates one issue each year to natural resources and environmental law topics. We strongly encourages articles related to these topics for publication in this specialty issue.

Submission Standards
Submissions should be double-spaced and no longer than 40,000 words. Additionally, citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (21st ed. 2020). The University of Colorado Law Review does not accept student submissions.
